Ingredients: Sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, epsom salt, menthol crystals, essential oil blend (eucalyptus, peppermint)

Directions: Unwrap the steamer disc. Place on the floor at far end from shower head or on the soap ledge where it will get a constant sprinkle of water. Activate by pouring water, allow to slowly fizz and evaporate as the steamer releases aromatherapy vapors into the shower steam.
